Great apartment, I hope the loud works below was only for a few days!
Positive: Great location and really nice layout.
Negative: Very loud renovation work going on in the apartment below, starting at 6am until 6pm! Wouldn’t have minded if they had at least started a bit later!

Negative: I would suggest maybe think about adding ceiling fans in the bedroom .
